Exploring Yin Yoga: Training & Workshop is designed for everyone. Stillness infused yin practice highlights the physical and mental benefits of slowing and turning inwards. Yoga teachers will dive into the tools needed to execute an amazing, safe and intelligent yin yoga class. Yoga students will deepen their understanding, knowledge and practice of yin yoga.
