Touch & Restore is a full sensory restorative yin yoga experience offering supportive touch and restorative massage with aromatherapy throughout the practice and ending with a healing sound bath.

The reasoning behind the offering: Our skin is our largest organ and touch is one of the most important, yet underrated senses, touch is the first of our senses to develop in the womb and the only sense we can't live without. Studies show that consensual, supportive touch can release dopamine and serotonin to help regulate your mood and reduce stress and anxiety.

Supportive touch is not about “fixing” a person, it’s not about changing you or ‘aligning’ a person; it’s about providing folks extra support in some shapes and postures or extra comfort in others. Supportive touch is a tool to remind folks that they are ok, that they are not alone and to provide a feeling of comfort and security which may allow for deeper relaxation in the restorative practice.
